Newborn sessions with me are simple, relaxed and minimal. They are best done in the first two weeks of life, when your baby is still very sleepy, squishy and easily moved.
Sessions are held in the comfort of your home, and I bring along a selection of lovely blankets, wraps, etc.
A newborn session with me includes siblings and parents. I take many different combinations, and love nothing more than to capture the fresh new love and connection in each family. I also focus on capturing individual images of your baby in a simplistic and beautiful way.
Everything I do during a session is completely led by the needs of your baby, and much time is spent feeding and settling. Having four children of my own (aged 5-12), I am very experienced with handling newborns, and take their safety very seriously.
I am never in rush and will always endeavour to take the best images I can, regardless of what the clock says. Sessions can take between 3-5 hours, depending on how settled your baby is.
Newborn sessions are best booked in advance (when you are pregnant) so I can roughly pencil your due date into my diary. Of course, things don't always go to plan, and I am very flexible with my schedule.
KIDS MINI SESSIONS
These sessions are the perfect way to update portraits of your kids, without the cost of a full session.
They are the ideal session for a baby who is sitting or crawling all the way through to teenagers. They are held at an agreed outdoor location in Forbes or Bathurst.
Sessions are 45 minutes, and include up to two children. Additional children are priced at $50 per child.
*Please note, I am only available in Bathurst at every 6 weeks or so; booking well in advance is highly recommended.
Family portraits don't have to be lame, stiff, boring or cheesy! Yawn! Families aren't perfect, but that's actually the best part! My style is to document my clients and their families in a relaxed and fun way.
I want to capture the things that make your family unique - the love, emotion, toothy grins, personality and quirkiness, or whatever it is that makes your family one of a kind. The best family portraits show your family interacting with each other in a relaxed and happy way.
I love photographing families in their homes and backyards, outdoors in nature, or on the farm. I'm always open to new and interesting locations and ideas.
A family session with me includes one immediate family.
