I am a professional photographer based in Bathurst, Central West NSW.
I have been photographing beautiful babies, children and families (and blogging them) for over 5 years. I am a fully accredited member of the AIPP, and have won numerous State and National awards for my work. In 2011 I was selected as a finalist in the prestigious 2011 Head On Portrait Prize, and had my work exhibited at various galleries throughout Sydney. I was also a finalist in the 2012 National Portrait Prize (photographic), and had my work exhibited in the National Portrait Gallery in Canberra, and in a travelling exhibition visiting art galleries around Australia. In 2012 I was also a semi-finalist in the Moran Contemporary Art Prize.
I have been told my contemporary lifestyle approach to portraiture is instantly recognisable, and that I have a great ability to capture families in a colourful, vivacious, interactive and connected way. It is hugely satisfying to tell the stories of my clients through a series of beautiful images. I can’t imagine doing anything else.
